Asks about your experience in work, school, and life. 3 interview process. 1st interview is a 1:1 with the owner or assistant manager. 2nd interview is a job shadow day with an Energy Consultant where you will get to see in full transparency what kind of work you will be doing. 3rd interview is where your job shadow consultant and the owner or assistant manager asks you if you can commit for two weeks training.

Entretien
Simple, quick interview with fairly easy questions. We discussed my educational background and personality traits as well as what my goals were overall. Then the hiring manager went into detail about what the position was and what the company outlook was like. Second day was shadowing a senior energy consultant to see what the job would entail.
