This is THE worst interview experience I have ever had! My interviewer was a half hour late but I did not mind because HR kept me informed. When she showed, she gossiped about the reasons for firing the person I'd be replacing which I thought was a bit unprofessional but I laughed it off and continued to sell myself. The kicker came at the end of the interview when she made a stereotypical joke about her lateness. Maybe she thought I was of the same ethnicity but regardless, you just met me! How does someone who is so unprofessional get to such a high ranking title?! Oh but it gets better! I made it to 2nd rounds and on my way to meet with the president, I get an email a half hour into my hour and a half commute to the city saying that they filled the position and thus needed to cancel. DONE! No wonder Sony has such a bad rep.
