Standard 3 part interview process.Phone interview, followed by an initial interview with the Human Resources Manager. The third part was a panel type interview with your (to-be) co-workers and immediate supervisor. As usual, you talk more about personal issues than business to see if you will be a good fit personality wise.

First a half hour phone interview followed by a 3 hour, 6 person interviews, 30 minutes a piece.
