I applied to Elixirr in the beginning of July and was contacted in the beginning of August for an initial interview. My experience throughout the whole process was extremely positive. Their approach to case study interviews is different from other companies and, in my view, really gives candidates the opportunity to show their full potential as well as innovative thinking and creativity. I really enjoyed the interview process at Elixirr and it is definitely a company I recommend applying for!

Completed application form and the online questions and a phone call. Contacted the recruiters by email for updates and was fully ignored. They do not care about job applicants at all. At least send a rejection email . Looking on their LinkedIn I am glad that I did not continue with the application as they lack diversity and the amount of POC people are less than 8 for an organisation of greater than 150 people.
