First a phone interview, followed by an in-person with president. Lastly, a team review with other members of the staff. All in all, it was a pleasant experience as I enjoyed getting to know the team.

Started the process through a recruiter. Met with higher ups at the agency first. The first interviews went well except for feedback that I was lacking a skill set they didn’t ask about or say was important to them. Made it to the final round of interviews which was in person at their office with 7 different team members. Interview went super well and they even mention they were excited about a specific skill set I could bring to the table. After that interview I received no feedback except for an automated rejection letter from the recruiter. Super unprofessional after all the time I spent talking with their team members. Definitely a red flag for how they operate and treat people as an agency.
