Initial meeting was good. Had to go through two additional meeting with upper execs and then team members. Had to follow up with them constantly (i.e. they were not proactively contacting me.) Was finally told they decided they weren' t filling the position, although I'm sure they did. Could have just said they chose another candidate - I'd have been fine with that answer.

I had a lousy interview with Scott. The vibe felt off from the start — like realizing you’re on a bad date the second you sit down. The job has below average benefits — he truly thinks the best work is done in-office, so you can work from home *2* days a month or 4 half days…? The exciting office people “love” is super far away from central Phoenix, which limits their talent pool. He said they’re growing exponentially and that’s why they’re hiring — yet they’re always hiring for the same roles — like the RAD Marketing agency. :( The negative reviews made a lot of sense after my interaction.

Literally none…? Just an awful outlook of the role.

Pretty simple- interviewed with selected team members. Everyone seemed quite nice. Stressed the difference between B2B and B2C and why B2B required additional insight. Lots of focus on billable time and process.
