Had an interview with the owner and head designer. A simple conversation to look over my portfolio and describe their work culture and job expectations. Owner was very nice, and very interested in my background and how he could see it useful for their needs. I also loved that he had a clear vision of the future of his business. Head designer was very knowledgeable in horticulture design.
