Everything is handled electronically. You apply online; you get an email with instructions and a link to a website where you're obligated to do a one-way video interview. The questions are very basic and the entire process is relatively simple, but there is no way to ever speak with an actual person, so if you're not great on camera... too bad, I guess. And if they decide you don't have enough experience, they will politely tell you to try again later; but when you try again with the requisite experience, you get blown off anyway.

Interview was easy because it was a merger with LA Fitness, but was told in the process that my pay would go down and my pay was dependent on sales and referrals (otherwise it would continue to go down). Job will give you an iPad and workouts for your clients, so if that’s your jam then this is the place for you

Mostly through Zoom, although I did have a few in person meetings. They hid the fact you'd have to do sales in all interviews, which I thought was pretty dishonest.
