First was an interview via hireview, this was a little intimidating as you have to answer to a screen with a camera on you. I had some technical issues while recording my videos. Second part was a phone interview with HR asking about my experience and explaining benefits. Third step was a face to face interview with the Financial Advisor, they have a page of questions they have to ask, seemed behavioral type of questions. Fourth step was completing an online assessment. I currently am waiting to hear back from HR with a decision.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
