Frustrating experience given that I came with a GIS background and had high interest in the role. It was not worth it for me to invest time in preparing for the online test and interview: overall a rather negative experience. The positive points first: the interviewer was amiable, professional, and had a good understanding of the position. My application was declined quickly - not lingering is always appreciated. However the negative aspects piled up quickly. As mentioned in other posts, they ask to undergo an IQ test (twice!) before even starting the phone screen. Such an antiquated IQ test shows poorly on the HR values in my opinion: upfront competition versus collaboration. I passed it as I got to the phone screen stage. I do not know why my application was declined as they provided the generic "no liability" reason. My profile was matching the job description 100%, and I even had desirable skills for other groups. I checked out other product manager profiles on LinkedIn, and they show a diversity of background, so one might guess that diversity is not an issue here. Most other companies I've applied to are actually following up with at least an interview with the hiring manager. So I am left guessing... If you are interested in joining this company, despite all the red flags raised in other posts here on Glassdoor, do yourself a favor: set your salary expectation as low as possible much lower than the market average. A lost opportunity for both parties.
