After clearing this stage, candidates attend one or two interview rounds, including technical and HR interviews. The technical interview focuses on accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation basics, and problem-solving skills, while the HR round evaluates confidence, teamwork, communication, and career goals
Houve um questionário online, onde tive que responder perguntas de português, contabilidade, inglês e assuntos sobre a própria empresa EY. Fui aprovada e direcionada pada uma dinâmica em grupo que também será online.

ho fatto un colloquio conoscitivo con EY. sono stata ricontattata subito per l'esito positivo. mi sono state fatte domande sul mio percorso universitario, lavorativo, ecc. mi è stato chiesto perché mi fossi candidata per quella posizione. infine una domanda in inglese.
