Complete application form online, then Situational online test, then numerical reasoning online, then telephone interview, followed by the assessement centre in January. This was two days and involved three group tasks,a face-to-face interview and another numerical reasoning test. This takes place at their new training centre in Somerset and is an enjoyable couple of days. Note, they don't let you use your own calculator for the numerical test and instead they provide you with a very basic calculator. They give you an opportunity to talk to and quiz an employee that is on or was on the gradute programme so have a think about a few things you want to ask them about before you get there! They take a long time to decide whether you have been successful and even longer to provide you with feedback - be prepared for the wait!
