The interview process for the FIB position consisted of three stages: an initial interview with the team manager, followed by a team interview including members from the TEM and FIB group, and finally an interview with the VP. The process was smooth and fast, with each stage progressing quickly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and supportive, making the experience very positive.

The overall interview took 3 weeks and it had 2 rounds. The first round is phone interview with some basic questions about yourself and the second round is a panel interview with presentations.

The interview process is very fast and efficient. The whole interview process only takes 1-2 weeks. Meanwhile, the people are extremely nice and friendly. Personally, I really enjoy the conversion with them.
