A telephone interview with a recruitment specialist, a written competency based assessment and two face to face interviews at the Dyson office. After a period of 5 weeks of waiting from the final interview, I was sent a generic email stating that they had found someone else. Poor recruitment process from a company that’s supposed to be at the top of their game.

1. HR will shortlist candidates and call you to ask some generic questions (Leadership traits, what do you do when you have to fire someone, salary expectation)
2. Interview with the hiring manager, usually 1hr to 1.5hr.

Q: Followed by design engineering-related questions (Cost driver of one product, design considerations on another product, tolerance stack analysis, which design is better and why)
All'inizio ti fanno esporre la tua esperienza professionale e le motivazioni che ti hanno spinto a candidarti per la posizione di interesse.
Il colloquio procede poi con domande di carattere tecnico relative ai loro prodotti.
Colloquio ovviamente in lingua inglese.
