I have applied online through LinkedIn and was contacted within 2 business days for the initial call with the recruiter. Within a week after my initial contact I had 3 rounds of interviews (hiring manager for the first interview, his manager the second interview and finally PPA assessment and Interview with the HR person). I've received very positive feedback from the recruiter and the process was moving very swiftly until that point. After the interview with the HR person I was told I will have one more interview, which to my knowledge and previous explanations was just a formality which led me to believe I'm very close to receive an offer, however I've never heard again.... I've sent few chasers to the recruiter and his response was that he is following up... To be honest I appreciate they may have found more suitable candidate and that is fine by me, but I would have expected at least the decency to hear their decision.
