Internal transfer, got to meet directly with directors. Also, got to sit with team. Personality fit is a very important good team dynamic. Was made offer on the spot total interview time about 3 hours; internal transfer. External candidates, primary concern is ability to self-manage yourself, understand culture and work well in a constant changing environment.
In the Recruiting Department and across the company, we absolutely value these soft skills. Thank you for taking some time to provide some insight into your experience with our Recruiting team!

Very positive interviewing experience. It starts with a phone screen and then most likely you will be moved forward to come into the office. Everyone i interviewed with was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. If they like you, and don't see a fit in the position you originally came in for, they will continue to search for a position.

I just have to wonder why this company is constantly advertising for Recruiters/HR Recruiters/Corporate Recruiters etc. I applied and went through the process, but after doing some research I decided not to take the position. Now I see that they constantly have these positions posted on their site, as well as different job boards. There is no way the company is growing so quickly that they need new/additional recruiters on a weekly basis. So either it's an awful place to work and people leave on a regular basis or they hire and then fire people over a short period of time. At any rate I'm glad I didn't take the position since their constant need for these positions really raises a lot of red flags.
