Applied and within 2 days was asked to schedule a phone interview. The interview lasted 20-30 minutes and the interviewer was very nice and for the most part very helpful. The interviewer couldn't answer a few questions only because they didn't know the answer to them.

Tell me a time when you exceeded your employers expectations? What was it, and what was the outcome?
The interview process was straight forward. A panel of 5 people, but 3 of the people had to leave briefly, so I only had 2 people in mine. They asked a lot of “tell me about a time” questions.

Entretien
Phone screening followed by and face to face interview. Phone screen was very informative about the company, job description, and hiring process. Phone interview was then followed by a few questions about work history, education, and why I picked this position. Face-to-Face interview was in front of a panel of 3 employees that asked several question about past work experiences.
