You had to submit an application online and get a drug test. This was followed by an a short interview at the Hotel. It was very simple consisted of a few basic questions and assessed if you can work on a team and fit in well.

I was referred by a friend, went in and spoke with manager of hotel, scheduled an interview, manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable, he asked me of any previous serving experience to which i said i have none, other than that, anyone could get this job, just get ready to put a smile on and deal with people who will most likely complain about stupid thing. essentially get ready to be a servant.
