Had a brief phone interview with the recruiter. She did not really know what she was talking about gave me all inaccurate information on quota, leads, etc. When I asked further information on the quota she just kept saying its a point system. Was offered a second interview and was there for two and half hours and visited with three different managers. I received an voicemail the next day from a recruiter and not offered the position because I was not qualified- I have over three years of experience part of me thinks its because I am a female. When I walked in I saw ALL males, no females, not in the Phoenix office anyway. Some of the questions in the interview were a little off the wall and ridiculous for a sales position.
