1st interview was a phone interview. very simple. Briefed me about the position and what I would be doing.
2nd was on-site interview with 2 Engineers and 1 Engineer on the phone.
Asked me typical interview questions. No questions were unexpected or too difficult to answer.
Interview environment was very welcoming and comforting.

The whole interview process takes up to several weeks. There are multiple interviews with one with the hiring manager and another with a full panel including managers and HR personnel.
