Interview consisted of first bringing required documents to check for legal ability to work, then of retail experience and ability to respond to customers, as well as future plans.

bad process, as expected from this company. do not recommend for the salary they pay it is not worth it. work hours are terrible, no perspective, goals are unrealistic. hard labor that pays nothing and destroys your health long term
