Very easy and brief. We met the manager's office which was crowded and not very neat. Very casual and laid back--did not take long. It probably lasted less than 10 minutes at the most. I was offered a job on the spot but I decided to decline since I would have to close the store late at night by myself.

Literally had no interview, was just hired automatically which was so freaking weird. They were desperate I guess, but still no interview what so ever and this was for basically a management position. I had an employee referral which I guess was why but still sooooo freaking weird
