Very easy process. The lady interviewing me was very kind and energetic. Mostly easy questions simply about the job and customer service. However, this is pretty well-known about the company, if you interview for the summer, they will not work around your schedule due to it being their peak season. So if you are completely free for the summer except for 1 week, they won't give you the job unless you cancel your plans.

It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.

Once you pass the screening personality test, you're invited to a face to face interview. Easy process overall, though very competitive. Positive and energetic responses will help you stand out.
