Do not call to ask if hiring! Walk into location and ask for application or print one out online and take it in. Ask to speak to manager. Every encounter at Discount Tire Company is an interview. Questions are not complicated at all and interview process is mainly to gauge what kind of person is applying. No experience is necessary and all that is required is a good "can-do" attitude.

Easy interview process. Have a heartbeat and a pulse? You're Hired. Basic questions if you know anything about cars, are okay with working 12 hours a day. One on one interview with the store manager.

Really easy interview they just explain the position, first I got a call when the rep told me will be a 35000$ starting position I said ok if I have chances to grow with the company will be fine because I’m currently making double than that. After 2 interviews they offer me to start as a part time position while I’m in training at 11$ an hour. Really? It was good to learn more about the company but at the end I just wasted my time.
