The questions asked of me were pretty expected -- no curve balls. I was asked to describe a recent recommendation that I made to the client, and to describe my rationale. Other than that, standard questions regarding my media and supervising skill set.

Applied online and had a recruiter reach out about my application.
Had a screening call with the recruiter which was going well. One question she asked was if I need Visa sponsorship in the future. I currently do not which I stated, although she got very patronising and short with me about my Visa status and ended the call abruptly.
You'd expect someone working in recruiting to be familiar with work Visas. It's hard enough to get an interview these days, having an ill-equipped recruiter shut down an opportunity is so disheartening.

The interview process was fairly quick! The HR lady was amazing and she had been working with me on a position within the agency umbrella for a while. As soon as something happened and the position I was interviewing for did not get approved yet, she quickly found something else within the company and it was even better. Interviewed with 2 people together and I was given a response within a day or so. It was perfect.

the head of HR didn't seem interested in what I had to say. She kept checking her watch, and interrupting me. Plus she showed up 20 minutes late. It seemed like she didn't know very much about the role, because she was asking very generic questions, and when I tried to dig for more specifics, she said she'd have to find out.
