I had three interviews. The first one was with someone from HR in Mexico. He asked about my experience, and part of the interview was in English. The second interview focused on cultural fit rather than experience and previous experience in the role. The final interview was was hostile. It looked like the interviewer was forced to interview me, and He was not interested in knowing more about me and my experience. The last two interviews had a lot of behavioral questions (Tell me a time when…) and an English section. The salary is not competitive for someone with 5+ years of experience + a Master.
