First, they reach out and have you join a zoom call with a bunch of other applicants. They go over details of the position and have a Q&A. I think you need to join the zoom call for them to invite you to an interview. The interview was 1hr 30 min and consisted of three 30 min interviews with managers at the Jacksonville location. Pretty standard interview; primarily behavioral and situational questions. The only thing I did for prep was research the bank itself, and listening in on the zoom call was informative on what you need to do to have a good interview. I thought the interview was pretty easy if you know how to answer STAR questions. Laidback and there is an opportunity to have a conversation, rather than them just firing questions at you.
