Entretien
Three levels each around an hour. The first 2 levels mainly involved technical screening which were mainly scenario based. The final one mainly concentrated on the leadership and communication. All of them were video based from different geographic locations

Scenario based design question related to message based asynchronous processing
Went well. Interview panel of 1 member. Was able to Answer well. But still got rejected. Gave interview for first round. No communication whatsoever after the interview. The questions were easy and they were happy with the answers

A recruiter approach on linkedin. He sets up a meeting invite after finding common time slot. Asked about current employer, immigration status, salary expecting. He told me forwarding profile to hiring manager and later did not hear anything from him.

3 rounds of interviews, starting with phone interview, second round focuses on the technical and board wide of questions plus behavior questions, last round basic was a different interviewer to verify tech skillsets
