Very straightforward and conversational. They try and ensure that you have the tech skills and match the culture. Overall, I enjoyed this process and feel that I was given enough time to tell my why.

My interview experience at Deloitte Israel was an indicative of a deeply flawed hiring process. After an initial call with a recruiter, a first technical interview was scheduled.
I arrived punctually for an in-person interview only to be left waiting for twenty minutes. The interviewers themselves arrived late and were visibly unprepared. One admitted to not having reviewed my resume or background as after the ‘tell me about yourself question’ he was surprised of my experience and literally said: “Oh you don’t have much experience but I’ll give a chance” (hearing this at he first two minutes of an interview is so frustrating) and started mumbling. The meeting lacked any structure or purpose, consisting of random questions that felt like a means to pass the time. Notably, a promised exam or assessment, as mentioned by the recruiter, was never even mentioned during the interview.
The most telling moment came during my turn as to ask questions, as they asked me if I have any questions after they stood up and started packing, signalling the end of the meeting, making it clear that my engagement was not valued.
The overall impression was that this was not a genuine interview, but a procedural box-ticking exercise to fulfill an interview quota, meaning they simply were ordered to interview more people for this role (typical Israeli recruitment procedure) . The entire experience felt like a joke at the candidate's expense but rather happy not to be a part of this organisation.

Reasonable process. Mainly behavioral questions, with a manager and then director above them. Did a good job of answering any questions about the role as well as giving some insight on the company, culture, and transparency
