Applied through a referral. Process took about 2-3 months. Had a first round interview and then a month later was invited for a Blitz Day. 3 interviews, 30 min behavioral, 30 min case, 45 min client presentation.

Entretien
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
