Started with a phone interview by HR. Upon completion of phone interview, I was given a link to online testing which had to be completed within 48 hours. It took me about 1.5 hours to finish the test and then the waiting began. It took Deloitte almost one month to get back to me which was very annoying. To be fair, other Big 4 companies also took their time with interns. It felt really demoralising and I was not the only one who felt that way. Before receiving an interview for the position, I was invited to a Deloitte eveninig where I had the chance to talk to people from the firm in a semi-formal function. On the interview day itself, I was interviewed by two people - a partner and a HR lady, the questions were very typical behavioural questions. It lasted about 45 mins to 1 hour. It then ended with an office tour.
