I was interview by a SM. He was friendly though, made me feel less nervous. GOt some problem solving questions then proceed to accounting technical questions. I think deloitte interviews are the most thorough out of all firms (i was also interviewed for internship in the orange and yellow firm).

Motivations and strength based. Generally straightforward. It is very important to show passion about working at deloitte. it helps to talk with people working at the company before going into an interview.

Was asked many general behavioral questions in the first leg. The second leg was very conversational, however, my interviewer seemed to not care and even mentioned that it was her 5th interview of the day.

In person interview with a 30 minute behavorial with an analyst. Another 30 minute interview back to back with either a more senior analyst or partner. Not many technicals other than maybe knowing basic accounting procedures
