There were three rounds..first with a team member, then with the hiring manager and finally with HR. The first round was about the process, the second one was more on how am i as an employee and the last one was based on my plans to stick to the organisation

Entretien
Interview set up by HR, very professional and thorough in detail. The job description and the actual position were different, which caught me off guard but rolled with it. The interview was with two employees in the department. The employees were nice and friendly but really did not have the knowledge or skills to interview for this position. The employees were senior technical reps and really did not fully understand the role that knowledge management has in a organization and the skills it takes. Questions were behavioral but again not really directed to the position.
Dell really should have had someone with some knowledge of the roll doing the initial interviewing. I was not offered the position and I had to contact Dell to find that out. No communication was sent to me letting me know until I contacted them.
