first there is a hr phone screen. Then there is 1 phone interview with two members from the team. I got phone interview result in a week. Then there is a coming onsite interview

I had very bad experience while interviewing with DellEmc R&D center, Bagmane tech park Bangalore. First HR contacted me over phone regarding opening. Since I had domain experience in same field he directly called for face to face interview. I was interviewed by person who asked me most irrelevant questions for firmware development position. The person taking interview was very rash. He only bothered that I should answer what he knows, rather than finding out what my expertise is or what I have previously worked on. I have attended many many interviews. but this was wrost experience ever. I request dell dell recuiters to not waste someone's time and resources for this type of interview.
