Interviewed for the CSG Rotational Program. Overall process took around 3 months, from when I first submitted my application to receiving offer. Overall process was recruiter screening -> hackerrank -> behavioral -> technical. I really enjoyed every interviewer I had, the recruiter screening and behavioral was very conversational and felt very natural. For the behavioral it's mostly a resume review, so make sure you know you're resume well and you're able to talk about the technical aspects of it. The technical interview was an hour long and 3 easy-medium leetcode questions, 2 array based questions and string manipulation. Overall advice would be to do your research! It feels like they place a heavy emphasis on culture and making sure you're a good fit for the company.
