J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Degica en oct. 2024
Entretien
Everything went smoothly. All interviewers showed up on time, which I really appreciated. They were humble and created a relaxed atmosphere — no intimidating vibes at all. The conversations felt enjoyable and respectful throughout.
Each stage usually took anywhere from 1 day to about a week to hear back. Occasionally, it took up to two weeks, but that was mostly due to holidays or scheduling conflicts between me and the interviewers.

The entire process took about three months.
Communication was slow at times, with delays in responses, and I had to follow up occasionally to make sure things were still moving forward.
The technical questions weren’t too difficult and were grounded in real-world scenarios. Based on the questions they asked, I got the impression that they care a lot about cultural fit.
The interview and assessment were well-structured, but communication was consistently slow, often taking several days to over a week. This, combined with the lack of feedback, left a negative final impression.
The initial interview was positive and professionally conducted, focusing on cultural fit and work preferences.
The second step was a take-home assignment via GitHub. The setup was straightforward, and the assignment was well-designed, covering several interesting topics.
The process ended with a rejection without any explanatory feedback, despite requests for clarification.
