my interview is a phone call, they asked me for the what kind of visa status i am in. they are not accepting the international people. they want someone from united state, they don’t sponsor.
I interviewed with the HR director, and two members of the management team. One of them was the plant manager. It was a very relaxed environment, and they were pleasant to speak with. After the interview, the production manager took me on a tour of the facility.

The one question they asked me was how comfortable I would be supervising a shift of approximately 30 employees.

Entretien
The interview process was very professional. I was interviewed by the HR manager and two operation managers. I entered the room, they all greeted me respectfully and professionally. They asked solid questions based specifically for the position I was interviewing for and gave me an opportunity to ask questions or address concerns. Great Job!
