Average process. The recruiter was very responsive at first, but then started to feel like I was constantly having to send multiple emails to get a response back. Process was straightforward with a call with the recruiter, then timed take-home excel assignment. Next was a call with a Team lead with behavioral questions and a quick live Excel skill screening session. Final round was with another team lead and the VP. Others said they'll let you know quickly if you don't get an offer, but that wasn't the case for me. I was left hanging for days just to get a generic rejection email.
