3. HR filters you for the job currently open based on your education and knowledge and takes job related tests
4. If passed the tests 1 on 1 interview with the interviewer (in my case, my Manager)
5. If selected papers are signed regarding job description, salary description, company policy and protocols
6. and TaDaa., you are Hired.
