J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Datadog
Entretien
Applied online and received an invitation to speak with a recruiter within 3-5 business days. The recruiter had the wrong resume though and spent half the call locating my resume. This experience lowered my expectations of the company and I did not pursue a follow-up interview. If a company's recruiters do not respect my time, why should I respect theirs?

Q: Do you have another copy of your resume to send?

I received a follow-up for a call very quickly after sending my application. Interview with recruiter over the phone took about 20 minutes. Despite repeated attempts to reach her after, I never heard from her again. Takeaway: if a company doesn't care about you now during the recruitment process, they probably won't later. Based on the recurring feedback here, I'd say this to the recruiters at Datadog - Have some manners. It is rude to not get back to candidates you've spoken to. Be a decent recruiter (human being). Show some respect and get back to your interviewees.
