Started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then had a phone interview with the hiring manager, they were able to accommodate a quick turnaround for an onsite since I had another offer. The onsite interview with 4+ team members about 3 hrs in length. They were able to give me a verbal offer by EOD.

Describe the a challenge you faced in your last role and how you overcame it.
Two rounds of interviews, and references. The second interview was 2 hours long, but was broken up into 4 mini interviews. The process was straightforward and everyone was very kind. The culture was something that really stood out to me during the process.

The interview process included a recruiter phone screen, hiring manager phone screen, onsite panel interview, and final interview with TA leadership. Everything was conducted virtually, the questions were very relevant to the position and general background of Databricks, and the whole team was very easy to work with.

Entretien
The first round was a 30 min phone screen. The second round was two zoom meetings. The third round was three additional zoom meetings followed by the final round which was a reference check.
