Recruiter screen was pretty standard, "tell me about yourself" and "why databricks". HM call was also pretty standard - asked to explain a technical concept like I was teaching a college 101 class. fumbled hard lmfao

Hiring manager was very intense and kept repeating questions after not being satisfied with my answers. Asked a very easy python question. Overall just seems like a very pressuring work environment, not very accommodating.
