I applied online, and a recruiter reached out to schedule a Zoom interview. The interviewer joined 15 minutes late, didn’t turn on his camera, and seemed rushed and uninterested. He came from a non-technical background, so most of the questions were resume-based, but he struggled to understand my explanations. He also asked questions from his own domain along with many math-related questions. After the interview, I was ghosted.
