trading pit game followed by in person interview. Final interview was strange, interviewers were rude, not paying attention and grilling unnecessarily. avoid at all costs!!! Just seems like a toxic culture and i wouldn't advise it

Initial online assessment which was very straight forward. Then an assessment centre where you had to play a game - trading pit. Trading pit consisted of other candidates and you had to market make based on the card that appeared. Higher card number would increase the market and vice verca. Did not progress past this stage.
