Entretien
Straightforward, questions you would expect, industry and firm knowledge. Application then AC, if successful then telephone interview followed by final in person, in person is a panel interview with 2 or 3 people - HR and traders.
Interviewer was inattentive and was on her phone a while. This seemed unfair and did not give me the opportunity to present my self. I was asked to do this in person, but as a student travelling far from uni for a 20min interview I thought it fair to ask for financial support. Yet this was not an option and I sat it on zoom, however I feel this gave bias.
