Easy process, talked a lot about past restaurant experience and knowledge of beer and wine. They also asked a lot of situational questions Example: What would you do if you forgot someone's drink, or what would you do if the food was taking too long to come out to a table?

Two rounds. First front of house manager. The. Gerneraml manager. It’s fine. They’re cool. They don’t really care as long as you’re competent enough. Darden is a big restaurant so training process is very structures — so if u make a good impression, that’s enough for them to hire u
Very straight forward, might take multiple interviews but rather quick. Only general managers can hire, so I’d try to set one up w them rather than a kitchen or host manager. I

Entretien
Applied to be a server online. Took the online assessment an received an interview 2 days later. Was interviewed by three different managers.Training is for a week to learn the menu. On last day will be validated an obtain a two table section.
