Entretien
The program is called BtheOne Marketing and Sales and the role is in Barcelona.
Initially there are a few rounds of online assessments, mainly of english, personality and logical thinking. After this, I had to make a 3-minute video introducing myself. Next, there will be an "assessment day" lasting about 2 hours, which is a mix of group assessment, individual assessment and an individual interview with the recruiter. After this is when I got matched to roles to have the final interview with the respective team manager.
Durante el proceso te hacen una primera entrevista para conocerte y después si pasas los estándares, te hacen una segunda entrevista más técnica con un caso real que te puedes llegar a encontrar en tu día a día
Only got to round 2. The frst round is an hr screening which is pretty basic in terms of questions and 2nd is with the brand manager which was a bit more challenging with a focus on behavioural. Really nice team but no feedback on why I was rejected.

Al principio la comunicación es muy justa, no contestan a los mensajes. Son varias fases en las que se te evalua diferentes aptitutes y ahí compruebas como eres capaz de desenvolverte en cada situación.
