Applied on line , received an email for phone screen a few days later. Some french lady from Montreal called me, it was hard to understand her french accent, I don't think she really understood me either...I was surprise to get an invite for a second interview a week later. The second interview confirmed the first lady did not understand me, as I was asked questions on answers hr lady on the phone she said I had given, Which was not correct. I Tried to explain myself however it was a waste of time, as this interview was with one women from France and a second from Montreal, who did a poor job in explaining themselves in English.. A week later I revived a rejection email... it better to apply if your white and french i.e no visible minority in the office

Process was simple and quick. There were a total of 2 interviews; one by recruiter and one by hiring manager (in my case the hiring manager was on holiday so another manager interviewed me)
