I applied online via DaVita's website. Initially, I applied for a Finance and Analytics position in Denver, but after a couple interviews found out the team was looking to hire via a different timeline than my schooling could accommodate. My recruiter connected me to a senior director for a different team who was interested in interviewing for a new analyst. I completed a phone interview with the senior director about a month after the first interview I had with the recruiter. I was invited to an office visit and final round interview and completed them about a month later. During the final round interview day, I had 4 behavioral interviews (2 via phone and 2 in-person) and 1 case interview. I received an offer the next day to accommodate my timeline (I had to respond to an offer from another company by the end of the weekend). I accepted the offer by the end of the weekend. The whole process, from start to finish, took about 8 weeks.

Interviewed with Davita. Had a 15 minute conversation, and told I was moved to the next round and I should follow up via text or phone call. I never heard back.
