The interview was scheduled for 30 min duration. It continued for 1.20 minutes. Due to this I missed another interview of HCL. Still I thought no issues, it happens. The interview was good and I was also expecting a positive feedback. I got an mail after few days that I was selected and few documents required to proceed further for HR round. I replied with all the documents immediately like salary slip, id proof and all. Then NO REPLY from that day. I have sent multiple follow up emails and messages to the number who called me for the interview process initially. My simple question to your recruitment team, "Are you guys so bg that you don't have time to reply or you just don't feel like replying ?" If you don't want to hire people then why waste their time. You must have heard "Time is MONEY". So kindly don't waste others time. I missed other interviews in your interviewing process. And I regret for that now. I should have missed this interview and attended that HCL interview. And yes you guys are having recruitment teams, and I think you have this much of time to simply reply that either "we are processing your candidature or the position has been filled or anything. Just acknowledge and reply". If you are not able to manage now then how will you manage when your company will grow. Think about it and don't show unprofessional behaviour.
